Long overdue for an audio update, so I’m sharing a personal update on the last few weeks of building my Canadian immigration law practice, including what’s working in our marketing, how we’re hiring for a junior SDR role to follow up with leads, and how I’m also looking for experienced lawyers (family, employment, tax, etc.) - especially in Ontario unless the work is federal - to help us expand beyond immigration.
I talk about how our tech and AI-powered internal platform (built with a developer) and strong virtual support mean I spend far less time on admin and more time on real legal work, plus how I’m using AI to repurpose TikTok content into LinkedIn and other posts.
